inSer – Human IVF and Fertility Center – was founded in 1995 as a center exclusively dedicated to provide the best comprehensive human IVF care. At inSer – Human IVF and Fertility Center  we are an interdisciplinary group of professionals that specialize in the area of Human Reproduction. Our profesionals have renowned educational background, and experience in a variety of centers in Europe and the United States. This training is consolidated with over 17 years of clinical experience and research work.

Highly Specialized Profesionals with a Human Touch

We have earned top research awards, for example in 1997 at the III Meeting of the Colombian Infertility Society. In 1999 our center also earned a  top research award at the Latin American Federation of Fertility and Sterility Societies Meeting, [Federación Latinamericana de Sociedades de Esterilidad y Fertilidad – FLASEF] in Panama. We earned the top Clinical Research award at the 6th National and the 3rd International Meeting of the Colombian Fertility and Sterility Association as well, awards that guarantee our professionalism and highly trained staff.

We celebrated the birth of our first 1,000 babies in 2003.

We started a Pre-Implantation Genetic Diagnosis program.

In 2004, also we at inSer – Human IVF and Fertility Center created the first umbilical cord blood stem cell bank in Colombia. We opened our second Human IVF Center in Pereira in 2005 and then in 2011 the fourth one in Bogotá.

In 2012 inSer – Human IVF and Fertility Center, has received international accreditation by the entity AAAASFI [American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities], and implement the reproduction treatment called IMSI [Intracytoplasmic Morphologically Selected Sperm Injection].
