Kidney Stones Are Not to Be Ignored
Did you know that if you don’t drink enough water you can get sick? Our bodies are between 60% and 80% made of water, therefore it can get easily dehydrated and sick if it lacks the necessary amount of this liquid.
Among the affections caused by the lack of sufficient amount of water is kidney stones, which are small, hard deposits from mineral and acid salts that form inside your kidneys causing pain and other annoying symptoms.
Kidney stones form when your urine contains more crystal-forming substances than the fluid in your urine can dilute, such as calcium, oxalate and uric acid, or when your urine lacks substances which keep crystals from sticking together and this creates the proper environment for kidney stones to form.
